Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance - and can then be either rescheduled or refunded. Any bookings not cancelled within this time frame will be partially charged for (50% of full price). IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING: YOU CAN EITHER EMAIL ME, OR MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS VIA YOUR PROFILE ON THE WEBSITE. If for any reason, I cancel our session, the same will apply i.e. will either reschedule or refund you. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be re-allocated at such short notice ... unless you are able to transfer the session to someone else who can make use of it (T&C's apply).
