so if you are on any chronic or scheduled medication, please check with your doctor before using essential oils. 

Many essential oils are contra-indicated  with pregnancy and lactation, so please be aware of this in the event that you are trying to fall pregnant, etc.  If you do have certain health conditions, or are pregant, etc, which make the use of certain oils unsuitable, please feel free to get in touch, as a specific elixir can be made up for you using substitute

oils that can still have the same therapeutic effect.

Not all essential oils are suitable for children under 10 years old, and the elderly need to also exercise caution.  There are other medical conditions, such as asthma, eczema, allergies, and others, that can also cause a reaction when using essential oils, so please be mindful of this before using these products.

Although all elixirs are always made at the relevant skin-safe dilution levels depending on their application, every being is different. Therefore, it is always adviseable to do a skin patch test before using an oil that you have not used before.  Place a small amount of oil on the inside of your elbow, and wait 24 hours to see if a reaction occurs,

before using the product fully.

For sessions, the practitioner may elect NOT to proceed with a session if she feels it is not in the client's best interest

to do so.  All healing is SELF healing and the practitioner is only a "facilitator" in the process of helping clients

to solve their issues.  This requires total honesty when booking a session in order to achieve the best outcome.
