A lot of people have heard of QHHT (quantum healing hypnotherapy technique) - which was developed by Dolores Cannon.  Dolores believed that clients could gain access to a part of them that holds all answers (the Higher Self, the Over Soul, or super conscious) by being under hypnosis. Hypnosis does not make you do anything that you would not normally do.  You actually go into these brainwave states naturally, at least twice a day; just as you are waking, and as you fall asleep each night.  You go into a light state of hypnosis when driving or watching TV - the state where the mind is doing one thing and the body is doing another.  So this is a completely normal state and there is nothing out of the ordinary involved - you are just guided into a very relaxed state, so the conscious mind is bypassed. Contrary to what most people think about hypnosis, you are always in control and cannot be made to do anything you would not normally do. ​ So, what is the S.C.H.H (Soul Center Healing Hypnosis) technique? Laura  Whitworth created this through wanting to utilise a Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing technique that does everything! Laura's technique ensures that any traumas and other issues are dealt with, as well as making any necessary energetic adjustments.  An added benefit is that these hypnosis sessions were developed to be done online - anywhere in the world! One session (3 - 4 hours) encompasses the following:- Pre-session chat (+/- 1 hour)   The first hour gives me a chance to learn more about you, and to answer any questions you may have. We will review your questionnaire in more detail, and discuss your intentions for the session. Hypnosis (+/- 2 hours) We begin by relaxing body & mind so you are able to successfully enter a fully relaxed state using visualisation techniques.  This will enable you to go into deep alpha and theta brainwave states. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance - and can then be either rescheduled or refunded. Any bookings not cancelled within this time frame will be fully charged for. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING: YOU CAN EITHER EMAIL ME, OR MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS VIA YOUR PROFILE ON THE WEBSITE. If for any reason, I cancel our session, the same will apply i.e. will either reschedule or refund you. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be re-allocated at such short notice ... unless you are able to transfer the session to someone else who can make use of it (T&C's apply).
